Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

Because many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the item, level of customization, and order volume. During holidays, sales, and other busy periods, please allow additional processing time.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 4–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information after your shipping confirmation is received.

Since personalized products are made specifically for you, providing accurate information when placing your order helps us create and ship your item as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
